Terms of Business - ecoSunergy (Pty) Ltd.
A 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of quote. Once deposit is received, the order of required equipment is placed with suppliers - any changes thereto after this, may incur a handling fee of 15%. Once equipment is ready for collection, a balance of equipment payment is required. After installation and successful commissioning of the system, any extra’s and remaining labour will be invoiced, and is payable upon receipt thereof.
All equipment remains the property of ecoSunergy (Pty) Ltd. until all invoices are settled in full, including the final invoice for labour.
The final amount invoiced may differ from the original quote by a maximum of 15%, pending actual usage of materials, determined after final installation.
Delivery of products should take place 4 to 6 weeks from deposit receipt. This depends on lead time from suppliers, and availability of stock.
Equipment installed carries the relevant manufacturer's warranty (Victron equipment 5 years, Freedom Won batteries 10 years) and installations carry a one year workmanship guarantee. After this a service agreement is optional and advisable.

Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue, and are still subject to change based on Rand-Dollar Exchange.
The Client is responsible for any banking or deposit fees incurred on payments. This applies to local and international payments.
Every effort will be made to keep the client informed as to any extra work that may be required to enable a satisfactory and efficient installation, e.g. drilling through walls or roofing. Where possible, photographs will be sent for approval, if the client is not present. The client cannot hold ecoSunergy (Pty) Ltd. liable for damages or changes to the building after this work has been approved.
